Shipping:
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders of $200 or more. For orders that are less than $200 that are shipping within the contiguous United States, we offer flat-rate shipping at a rate of $10. We also offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders [information is provided at checkout].
For international orders, we offer flat-rate shipping. The fee for shipments to Canada is $15 and $40 for all other countries on our ‘International Ship List’ [outlined in our FAQ].
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location – our standard delivery window for domestic orders is 2-5 business days and 4-14 days for international orders. We ship all orders from our Tampa, Florida warehouse. Orders received Monday-Friday before 1pmEST will be shipped same-day (exception: orders placed on Federal US holidays will be shipped on the following business day). Please Note: the delivery timelines quoted herein and at checkout start once the order is shipped.

Returns
We are pleased to offer a seamless exchange and return program. We offer store credit for any returns initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds. The item to be returned must have the original tags attached and must be unworn, unaltered, and not damaged in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or final-sale items.
Please note that a restocking fee of $20 applies to all return orders [this applies to items that are being returned for store credit; there is no restocking fee for items being exchanged].
Domestic Orders: If you are exchanging your Pyper Malone hat for another size, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@pypermalone.com to initiate an exchange and to receive your return shipping label. If you are electing to return, there is a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7. We will deduct the cost from the return, and will issue you a return shipping label.
International Orders: absent a return or exchange being initiated because a hat arrived damaged (not due to error/omission on the part of the carrier), any and all return shipping costs rest with you.
