How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders from our Tampa, Florida warehouse via USPS or UPS.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time typically ship the same business day, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped.

Orders shipping within the contiguous United States generally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier processing. International orders generally arrive within 4–14 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier timing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We currently ship to the following countries:

Canada

Australia

New Zealand

Turkey

Japan

International orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee. The flat-rate shipping fee for orders shipping to Canada is $25. The flat-rate shipping fee for orders shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, or Japan is $40.

Orders shipped to Canada may incur customs/import duties or taxes. Pyper Malone will assume responsibility for those charges at no additional cost to the recipient.

For international orders shipped outside Canada, any applicable customs/import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.
