You and Pyper Malone agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights pending arbitration or other resolution.
